Don't slow down your metabolism because you'll regret that later in life. However, you should weight more. I recommend simply eating three meals a day, whether you feel hungry or not. That should keep your metabolism stable, and then if you really want to actually put ON weight, have high calorie snacks in between. Just make sure you don't pick all the unhealthy things simply because they'll give you fat.

you have to step back and look at the situation part by part. you CANNOT go to family nor can you seek "professional help" you don't have a job now? wait until you see a shrink...you'll never get certain jobs dealing with them. menial jobs out here are scarce so its not you its the economy. to get a job i would suggest a "trade" something you can go to school for or take a 5 or so month course for...some of the classes include emergency medical tech 5 months certified nurse aide 5months security is even faster...it takes about a month to get a perc card and you can work security. so there are jobs out here but you have to pay to actualy get them...but best of luck and hope you floolw my advice

I did read it all. and i think you are over-thinking it as well. im a female, and even i dont over think things like that. i think you are stressing out about the lesser important things. worry about washing your sheets, making sure everything is clean. its not a big deal. if she knows that you get hot and uncomfortable, then when or if you guys cuddle, she'll understand. dont worry too much about cuddling.
