Ok, frankly I didn't read all of that, but what I'm gonna tell you is that when I was in High School, I used to be fat, I learned that is not bout lifting weights or doing push ups. What you need to do to loose weight is Cardio Exercises, these are exercises that raise your heart rate, such as Running, Swimming, Playing Sports, Riding bike. All of these will help you loose weight, and of course eat healthy
