For Those Who Live in Madison, WI: Any Suggestions?

Hi! My husband, brother, and I are planning a trip to Wisconsin for the weekend after the 4th of July. Yes, I also posted the question about the Discworld Convention costume idea. Anyway, the convention is not the only thing we plan on doing and whatnot. My husband's dream job is in the area, and so we are looking to move there. But I digress; the big issue is we are 3 college students who are looking to move there. We are looking for ideas for shops to visit, places to eat, things to do, etc. We aren't going to be there too long, but we wanted to get some ideas from locals, or people who have lived there. What's a really good pizzeria, by the way? Anyway, anything you can offer would be much appreciated. Thank you!
