How do I take a lizard out of my body?

So last night I had a dream that a lizard was living in my body, the dream felt really real, and I now have this sharp pain in my belly. I'm thinking about removing it. I have some scissors and some peroxide, but i digress anyway I'm just wondering how this beast got into my belly?
