I need a girls input on this?

i my friends do not understand the ways of women i love women but understand them. There's a girl i work with both of us are gonna be quiting that place and going to work else where. Yesterday she told me about how this guy ask her out for the next week and wanted to pay for everything but she was saying she didn't like him like that and it would be to much like a date then ask me what i would do go with them or tell them no. So today she says they moved it to Thursday but i also digress i think she likes me and all the other girls there feel this way aswell they all tell us we should date. But, I'm nervous about asking girls out its hard for me so i try to wait for the right time. I believe she likes me cause when ever we talk she comes up to me and we talk the whole night at work, then she touches me and always sits or stands by me, and after work when i'm still cleaning the kitchen and shes done she still stays and hangs around talking to me, and i was saying the other day how salad is rabbit food do i look like a rabbit and she was like "yea a cute black rabbit" then rubed my face she doesn't do this stuff with any other guy in fact she doesn't even talk to ant other there. also i texted her today asking her if her opinion of this guy has changed she said she didn't want to date him did that change she said no she just sees him as a friend and later in the conversation said she doesn't know what she wants. So my question is if she likes me why would she be telling me these things is it to try to get me to stop being dumb and ask her out already or cause of some strange game girls like to play with guys.
