So hey there fellow gays and such, I've got quite the proposition for ya...?

As I'm sure you know, the LGBT acronym is outdated and beginning to have no use due to the numerous other labels people squeeze in with the "original" 4. So here's my proposition: Fabglitter. That's right, you read it, Fabglitter. Instead of becoming confused at having an acronym for a community of people that can get up 20 letters long, we have this one word that pretty much sums it all up. Fabglitter. Just try and say that without smiling. Think about how much more awesome it will sound next time you come out if you use that instead. And trust me, it works--say Fabglitter enough and people will surely get the message. Now I understand that some members of our community are very butch and/or masculine. But just because glitter has been deemed "girly" doesn't mean you can't use it. We're all still VERY fabulous, after all! Perhaps an abbreviation is in order, such as just Fab? Although that might defeat the original point...I digress. My point is, is that the banner of our community shouldn't have a bunch of letters that people who aren't within the community don't understand. It should be one clear-cut, to the point word that describes us all, to an extent. And that word is...FABGLITTER.
