Teenage Girl Trouble, Please Help?!?

This boy i liked "Quincy" and i been talking for a while and he even asked me out (i had to decline, cant date), when he told me he didn't like me as much because i was boring, (which all my friends think is crazy but i digress) then like two weeks later we both went on this band trip and he flirted with my friend the whole time. We got back and he asked me why i seemed upset on the trip, i told him and it was over... until today when in study hall he was flirting with me holding my hand. pulling my chair close to him, and being EXTRA flirty... I asked my friend who was in the room with us what she thought, and she thought that he was flirting with me and that he still likes me. so now i'm confused as ever... I still like him, but he told me he didn't like me anymore. but he's acting like he does... what should i do?
